Cashmere Mill Site Analysis
Rock Island Wastewater System
Our current activities run the gamut from feasibility planning for the Port of Chelan County, looking at redevelopment of an old mill site, to implementation planning for a completely new wastewater collection and treatment system in the City of Rock Island. Most of our projects include a variety of community visioning processes, including the update of the Eastmont Metropolitan Parks District comprehensive parks and recreation plan and implementation of a new sub-area plan in the small community of Peshastin, near Leavenworth.

Cashmere Mill Site Analysis

The Port of Chelan County is completing a feasibility & planning study to determine the best use for the 32.5 acre Cashmere Mill site. This site is former lumber mill property within the Cashmere urban area. The feasibility study will assess the suitability of the site for development of industry clusters; determine the market potential for green building design; determine the local demand for new building sites; assess the potential for site reclamation and environmental restoration work; inventory relocation and displacement of existing businesses.
